Responsibilities
- Develop and execute avant-garde culinary concepts aligned with global sustainability standards
- Lead R&D for plant-based protein applications and alternative cooking techniques

Qualifications
- 10+ years in high-end culinary leadership with 3+ in innovation roles

- Strong background in budget management and cost optimization
