Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the UK market.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of Business Development Managers.
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with key industry stakeholders and C-level executives.
- Oversee the entire sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing high-value enterprise contracts.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize positioning and product offering.
- Report directly to the C-Suite on KPIs, quarterly targets, and strategic roadmaps.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with brand messaging.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years in B2B sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven experience in the Financial Services or Technology sector.
- Strong network of decision-makers within the UK market.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Experience using advanced CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) effectively.
- Strategic thinker with a result-oriented mindset and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Relevant MBA or higher business qualification preferred.
