Responsibilities
- Develop and curate seasonal menus that reflect our brand identity and culinary philosophy.
- Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen brigade to ensure exceptional service and consistency.
- Manage inventory, stock control, and waste reduction to maximize profitability.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations (HACCP).
- Candidate must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume, premium dining environment.
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional qualification.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP compliance.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to work under pressure.
