Qualifications
- 5+ years in high-volume fine dining kitchens with 2+ years in lead chef roles
- Formal culinary degree or equivalent professional certification required
- Expert knowledge of modern cooking techniques and flavor balancing
- Proven ability to control food costs and maintain profitability
- Exceptional leadership skills with team development experience
- Strong understanding of NYC food sourcing networks and seasonal produce
- Valid NYC Food Protection Manager certification
