Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in high-end restaurant kitchens
- Formal culinary education or equivalent apprenticeship
- Proven leadership skills with team management experience

- Expertise in cost control, inventory management, and supplier negotiations
- Certification in food safety management (e.g., ServSafe)
