- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ culinary professionals with precision and inspiration
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety protocols and operational efficiency
- Manage inventory, cost control, and vendor relationships to maintain profitability
- Collaborate with management to develop innovative concepts and menu engineering
- Oversee kitchen operations during peak service hours while maintaining quality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of progressive culinary experience with 3+ years as Head Chef
- Classically trained with expertise in diverse cuisines and modern techniques
- Proven track record of leading high-volume kitchens (200+ covers/day)
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP protocols
- Exceptional leadership skills with ability to develop talent
- Cost control expertise with experience in budget management
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional certification preferred
