- Ensure strict adherence to food safety protocols and HACCP standards

Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive kitchen experience with 3+ as Head Chef
- Classical French training with modern culinary innovation expertise
- Proven track record of managing high-volume, premium operations
- Advanced knowledge of nutrition, dietary restrictions, and allergen protocols
- ServSafe certification and current California Food Handler Card
