Responsibilities
- Develop and execute seasonal menus featuring locally-sourced, premium ingredients
- Lead, mentor, and manage 15+ kitchen staff with precision and creativity
- Ensure food safety compliance (HACCP) and maintain impeccable hygiene standards
- Control inventory, optimize food costs, and minimize waste
- Collaborate with front-of-house to create seamless dining experiences
- Stay ahead of culinary trends and implement innovative techniques
- Oversee menu development for private events and special occasions
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive culinary experience with 3+ years as Head Chef/Sous Chef in Michelin-starred establishments
- Formal culinary degree from accredited institution or equivalent apprenticeship
- Expertise in French/Italian cuisine with modern plating techniques
- Proven track record of cost control and inventory management
- ServSafe certification and strong knowledge of HACCP protocols
- Exceptional leadership skills with ability to inspire high-performance teams
- Portfolio showcasing innovative menu development and food styling
