Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative seasonal menus aligned with restaurant vision
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 15+ culinary professionals
- Ensure impeccable food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Manage inventory control, cost optimization, and vendor relationships
- Adhere to HACCP standards and maintain 5-star hygiene protocols
- Collaborate with F&B Director on concept development and menu engineering
- Train staff on culinary techniques, plating, and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years progressive culinary experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in Michelin-starred or fine-dining establishments
- Deep expertise in Asian fusion cuisine and modern gastronomy
- Advanced food safety certifications (HACCP/SafeServe)
- Exceptional menu development and cost management skills
- Strong ability to train and develop culinary talent
- Passion for sustainability and seasonal ingredient sourcing
