Responsibilities
- Design and execute seasonal tasting menus featuring locally-sourced premium ingredients
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 15+ culinary professionals
- Manage kitchen operations, inventory, and cost control with 95%+ accuracy
- Collaborate with front-of-house to ensure seamless service standards
- Train staff in advanced techniques and maintain HACCP compliance
- Source sustainable ingredients from regional suppliers
- Oversee menu R&D and quarterly concept refreshes
- Maintain 5-star health and safety certifications
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive culinary experience with 3+ in head chef roles
- Michelin-star or fine dining background required
- Advanced knowledge of sustainable sourcing and farm-to-table practices
- Proven menu development and cost management expertise
- Culinary degree from accredited institution or equivalent
- ServSafe certification and HACCP management experience
- Exceptional leadership and staff development skills
- Strong understanding of wine pairings and flavor profiles
