- Oversee kitchen operations during peak service hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years progressive culinary experience with 3+ years in leadership role
- Formal culinary education (culinary degree/apprenticeship preferred)
- Deep knowledge of diverse cuisines and advanced cooking techniques
- Proven ability to manage high-volume operations and control costs
- Strong leadership skills with team development expertise
- ServSafe certification required
