Responsibilities

- Collaborate with beverage director to create cohesive dining experiences
- Oversee kitchen budgeting and P&L optimization
- Conduct weekly tastings and menu innovation sessions
- Maintain 5-star hygiene and presentation standards
Qualifications
- 7+ years progressive experience in fine-dining kitchens
- Culinary arts degree or equivalent professional certification
- Proven expertise in farm-to-table and seasonal cuisine
- Strong leadership and team development abilities

- Experience managing high-volume operations ($1M+ annual revenue)
