Responsibilities
- Develop and execute seasonal menus that align with culinary trends and guest expectations
- Manage kitchen operations including inventory, cost control, and vendor relationships
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of 15+ culinary professionals
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards and sanitation protocols
- Collaborate with management on concept development and menu engineering
- Maintain impeccable presentation and plating standards
- Source sustainable, local ingredients to support our farm-to-table philosophy
- Conduct daily kitchen briefings and performance reviews
Qualifications
- 5+ years as Head Chef or Executive Chef in a fine dining establishment
- Culinary degree from accredited institution or equivalent professional training
- Proven expertise in French, Italian, and modern fusion techniques
- ServSafe certification and advanced knowledge of HACCP protocols
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams
- Strong understanding of budgeting, P&L, and cost control
- Portfolio demonstrating innovative menu development and plating artistry
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
