Responsibilities

- Collaborate with front-of-house team for seamless service execution
- Source and build relationships with local suppliers and producers

Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in high-end restaurant kitchens
- Proven track record of creating innovative, award-winning menus
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing 10+ kitchen staff
- Deep knowledge of culinary techniques and global cuisines
- ServSafe certification and comprehensive food safety knowledge
