Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional culinary experience with 3+ years as Head Chef
- Formal culinary education from accredited institution
- Deep knowledge of sustainable sourcing and local ingredients
- Proven ability to manage high-volume kitchens ($1M+ annual revenue)
- ServSafe certification and strong food safety knowledge
