Responsibilities
- Develop and execute seasonal menus aligned with restaurant vision and market trends
- Lead kitchen staff through mentorship, training, and performance management
- Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and adherence to health standards
- Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and cost control systems
- Collaborate with front-of-house to enhance guest experiences
- Oversee kitchen operations during service and special events
- Drive culinary innovation while maintaining operational excellence
Qualifications
- 5+ years as Executive/Head Chef in high-volume, fine-dining establishments
- Proven expertise in French and contemporary American cuisine
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing 15+ kitchen staff
- Knowledge of food safety protocols (HACCP) and inventory management
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional certification required
- Passion for seasonal ingredients and sustainable sourcing
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
