Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive culinary experience, 3+ as Head Chef
- Classically trained with modern gastronomy expertise
- Proven ability to lead high-volume kitchens
- Certification in food safety management
- Strong financial acumen in P&L management

- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
