Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in senior chef roles at Michelin-starred or fine dining establishments
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional certification
- Expertise in Asian fusion and European cooking techniques
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Knowledge of Singaporean food regulations and sourcing networks
- Fluent in English with Mandarin proficiency preferred
