- Contribute to menu R&D and culinary innovation
- Oversee kitchen budget and financial performance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive culinary leadership experience in high-volume, fine dining establishments
- Formal culinary degree or equivalent professional certification
- Deep knowledge of sustainable sourcing and seasonal cooking principles
- Proven ability to manage kitchen costs and optimize profitability
- Exceptional creativity in menu development and presentation
- Strong team leadership and conflict resolution skills
- San Francisco Food Handler and Manager certifications required
