Qualifications
- 5+ years in high-volume fine dining kitchens
- Culinary arts degree or equivalent certification
- Proven menu development and recipe creation skills
- ServSafe Manager certification required
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities
- Strong knowledge of global cuisines and techniques
- Experience with inventory management software
