Responsibilities

- Manage kitchen operations, inventory, and cost control
- Mentor and supervise culinary team (15+ staff)
- Ensure compliance with health/safety and sustainability standards
- Collaborate with management on menu strategy and event planning
- Source local ingredients and maintain supplier relationships
- Implement food presentation and plating standards
- Drive continuous improvement in kitchen efficiency
Qualifications
- 5+ years as Head Chef in fine dining establishment
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional certification
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Expertise in cost control and inventory management
- Knowledge of current culinary trends and techniques
- Creative menu development and recipe innovation
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure service environments
