Responsibilities
- Develop and execute seasonal menus featuring locally-sourced ingredients
- Lead kitchen staff of 15+ through daily operations and service
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
- Manage inventory, purchasing, and cost control systems
- Collaborate with front-of-house team on menu presentations
- Mentor junior chefs through training programs
- Participate in vendor relationships and farm partnerships
Qualifications
- 5+ years as Executive/Head Chef in fine dining establishments
- Classical culinary training with recognized certification
- Proven expertise in farm-to-table cuisine techniques
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Deep knowledge of food safety protocols (HACCP)
- Exceptional creativity and menu development skills
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
