Qualifications
- 10+ years professional culinary experience with 3+ years as Head Chef/Executive Sous Chef
- Formal culinary education from accredited institution
- Deep knowledge of global cuisines and modern cooking techniques
- Proven ability to lead high-performing kitchen teams
- Strong understanding of food cost management and inventory systems
- ServSafe certification required
