Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience as Head Chef in fine dining establishments
- Culinary arts degree or equivalent professional certification
- Deep knowledge of Asian and European fusion techniques
- Strong leadership skills with proven team management experience
- Expertise in cost control and inventory management systems
- Exceptional creativity with menu development capabilities
- Fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency preferred
- Valid Singaporean work permit or citizenship required
