Responsibilities

- Lead kitchen staff of 15+ with mentorship and training programs
- Ensure food safety compliance and maintain 5-star hygiene standards
- Manage inventory, cost control, and vendor relationships
- Collaborate with front-of-house for seamless guest experiences
- Participate in culinary competitions and media appearances
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive culinary experience with 3+ as Head Chef
- Formal culinary education from accredited institution
- Proven track record of award-winning menu development
- Advanced knowledge of dietary restrictions and allergen protocols
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Valid NYC Food Protection Manager certification
