Responsibilities
- Develop innovative seasonal menus aligned with culinary trends
- Lead kitchen operations and ensure flawless execution of dishes
- Manage inventory, cost control, and supplier relationships
- Mentor and develop junior chefs through training programs
- Ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety standards
- Collaborate with F&B team on menu development and promotions
- Conduct weekly kitchen staff briefings and performance reviews
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years culinary experience with 3+ years as Head Chef
- Proven track record in Michelin-starred or fine dining establishments
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional certification
- Expert knowledge of Asian fusion and modern European techniques
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid Food Hygiene Manager certification
- Proficiency in inventory management software
