Responsibilities
- Develop and execute seasonal menus featuring hyper-local ingredients
- Lead kitchen operations with emphasis on sustainability and waste reduction
- Mentor and develop junior chefs through structured training programs
- Manage food costs while maintaining premium quality standards
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure ethical sourcing practices
- Oversee kitchen safety and sanitation protocols
- Collaborate on private event menu design and execution
Qualifications
- 5+ years as Executive/Head Chef in fine dining or Michelin-starred environment
- Advanced culinary degree or equivalent professional certification
- Proven expertise in farm-to-table sourcing and seasonal cuisine
- Strong leadership experience with kitchen teams of 10+ members
- Deep knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP standards
- Exceptional plate presentation skills and culinary creativity
- Experience managing food costs and inventory systems
