Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years as Head Chef in Michelin-starred or fine dining establishments
- Advanced culinary certification from accredited institution
- Proven expertise in Asian fusion and contemporary European cuisine
- Strong financial acumen in cost control and menu engineering
- Exceptional leadership skills with team management experience
- Creative menu development with seasonal rotation expertise
- Singapore Work Permit or PR/Citizen status required
- Fluency in English with additional language proficiency preferred
