Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative seasonal menus aligned with farm-to-table principles
- Lead kitchen staff through daily operations, training, and performance management
- Ensure food safety compliance and maintain HACCP standards
- Manage inventory, cost control, and vendor relationships
- Collaborate with front-of-house to create seamless dining experiences
- Participate in menu tastings and culinary events
Qualifications
- 5+ years as Executive/Head Chef in fine dining establishments
- Culinary degree from accredited institution or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of global cuisines and modern techniques
- Proven leadership skills with team development experience
- ServSafe certification and food safety expertise
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
