Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership: Oversee daily shop operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high standards of service during peak hours.
  • Team Development: Train, mentor, and schedule baristas, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Inventory Control: Manage stock levels of green and roasted beans, syrups, and supplies, minimizing waste while maximizing freshness.
  • Recipe Innovation: Collaborate with the roasting team to create and refine seasonal drink menus that excite our customers.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality control checks on all beverages and food items to ensure consistency.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a high-volume coffeehouse environment with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
