Responsibilities
- Design and implement bespoke guest experiences including cultural activities, private dining arrangements, and personalized itineraries
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ hospitality professionals through daily operations and performance management
- Oversee all guest touchpoints from arrival to departure, ensuring seamless service delivery
- Develop strategic partnerships with local artisans, tour operators, and cultural institutions
- Analyze guest feedback to implement continuous service improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with departments including F&B, Housekeeping, and Activities to create integrated guest journeys
- Manage VIP guest experiences including celebrity clientele and high-net-worth individuals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Tourism with 5+ years luxury resort experience
- Proven leadership record managing teams of 10+ hospitality professionals
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages highly valued
- Certification in Guest Experience Design or Luxury Hospitality preferred
- Deep knowledge of Balinese culture, attractions, and sustainable tourism practices
- Expertise in CRM systems and guest preference management platforms
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with experience in high-pressure environments
- Valid Bali Tourism Board certification and local work permit required
