Responsibilities

  • Design and implement bespoke guest experiences including cultural activities, private dining arrangements, and personalized itineraries
  • Lead and mentor a team of 15+ hospitality professionals through daily operations and performance management
  • Oversee all guest touchpoints from arrival to departure, ensuring seamless service delivery
  • Develop strategic partnerships with local artisans, tour operators, and cultural institutions
  • Analyze guest feedback to implement continuous service improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate with departments including F&B, Housekeeping, and Activities to create integrated guest journeys
  • Manage VIP guest experiences including celebrity clientele and high-net-worth individuals

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Tourism with 5+ years luxury resort experience
  • Proven leadership record managing teams of 10+ hospitality professionals
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages highly valued
  • Certification in Guest Experience Design or Luxury Hospitality preferred
  • Deep knowledge of Balinese culture, attractions, and sustainable tourism practices
  • Expertise in CRM systems and guest preference management platforms
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with experience in high-pressure environments
  • Valid Bali Tourism Board certification and local work permit required
