Responsibilities
- Design and execute personalized guest experiences exceeding luxury standards
- Lead cross-functional teams including concierge, housekeeping, and F&B departments
- Resolve complex guest inquiries with cultural sensitivity and discretion
- Analyze guest feedback to implement service improvement initiatives
- Coordinate VIP arrivals and special occasion celebrations
- Train staff in Balinese cultural protocols and service excellence
- Collaborate with marketing team on guest retention strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years luxury hospitality experience with 2+ years in guest relations leadership
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages preferred
- Proven crisis management and conflict resolution abilities
- Deep knowledge of Bali's tourism landscape and cultural practices
- Advanced certification in hospitality management (e.g., CHIA, AHLEI)
- Demonstrated expertise in CRM systems and data-driven service optimization
- Exceptional communication and cross-cultural interpersonal skills
