Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a 15-member guest relations team to deliver exceptional service standards
  • Design and implement bespoke guest experiences including cultural immersion activities and private dining
  • Oversee VIP guest operations including celebrity and high-net-worth clientele management
  • Analyze guest satisfaction metrics to develop targeted service improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with F&B and departments to create seamless multi-venue guest journeys
  • Train staff in crisis management and service recovery protocols

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality/Tourism Management or equivalent certification
  • Minimum 5 years luxury hotel experience with 2+ years in leadership roles
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in additional languages preferred
  • Proven track record in guest satisfaction improvement and revenue generation
  • Strong knowledge of Balinese culture and tourism ecosystem
  • Expertise in Opera PMS and guest relationship management systems
