As the guardian of our guest journey, you'll lead a passionate team in curating personalized experiences that blend Balinese warmth with international sophistication. Your expertise will elevate our service standards while ensuring operational efficiency across all guest touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a 15-member guest relations team to deliver exceptional service standards
- Design and implement bespoke guest experiences including cultural immersion activities and private dining
- Oversee VIP guest operations including celebrity and high-net-worth clientele management
- Analyze guest satisfaction metrics to develop targeted service improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with F&B and departments to create seamless multi-venue guest journeys
- Train staff in crisis management and service recovery protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality/Tourism Management or equivalent certification
- Minimum 5 years luxury hotel experience with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in additional languages preferred
- Proven track record in guest satisfaction improvement and revenue generation
- Strong knowledge of Balinese culture and tourism ecosystem
- Expertise in Opera PMS and guest relationship management systems
