Responsibilities
- Develop and execute guest experience strategies achieving 95%+ satisfaction scores
- Lead 50+ cross-functional staff across front desk, concierge, and villa operations
- Implement predictive analytics for personalized guest preferences and anticipatory service
- Oversee VIP guest relationships with high-net-worth clientele from luxury travel segments
- Drive revenue through upselling initiatives and premium experience packages
- Coordinate with F&B, Spa, and Events departments for seamless guest journeys
- Monitor industry trends and competitive positioning in Southeast Asian luxury market
Qualifications
- 10+ years luxury hospitality experience with 5+ years in senior leadership
- Proven track record achieving/exceeding guest satisfaction KPIs
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages preferred
- Expertise in CRM systems (Opera, Oracle) and guest analytics platforms
- Certified in Luxury Hotel Management (e.g., Cornell, Les Roches)
- Strong financial acumen in P&L management and budget optimization
- Crisis management expertise with high-profile guest scenarios
- Valid Bali work permit and health clearance
