Responsibilities

  • Design and execute personalized guest journeys across 120 luxury villas and overwater bungalows
  • Lead cross-departmental teams to coordinate VIP arrivals, special celebrations, and cultural immersion programs
  • Develop sustainable tourism initiatives including marine conservation experiences and local community engagement
  • Implement digital innovation strategies for seamless guest communication and service personalization
  • Oversee budget management for guest experience operations (MVR 15M annual portfolio)
  • Maintain compliance with Maldivian tourism regulations and international luxury standards
  • Train and mentor 50+ hospitality professionals in advanced guest relationship management

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in luxury hospitality management with 5+ years in director-level roles
  • Proven expertise in high-net-worth guest relationship management and bespoke service design
  • Advanced certification in Sustainable Tourism (GSTC or equivalent)
  • Fluency in English and Maldivian Dhivehi; additional languages (Mandarin, Arabic, Russian) highly valued
  • Experience with luxury resort PMS systems (Opera, Oracle) and CRM platforms
  • Strong crisis management skills with demonstrated success in high-pressure scenarios
