Responsibilities
- Design and execute bespoke guest experiences aligned with luxury brand standards
- Lead cross-functional teams including concierge, valet, and VIP services
- Develop strategic partnerships with local attractions and premium vendors
- Analyze guest feedback data to implement service enhancements
- Oversee loyalty program initiatives and VIP guest management
- Train staff in cultural intelligence and anticipatory service techniques
- Manage departmental budget and KPI performance metrics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in luxury hospitality with 5+ years in senior guest relations leadership
- Proven track record in revenue generation through guest experience optimization
- Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages highly valued
- Deep knowledge of Dubai tourism landscape and luxury market trends
- Certification in Luxury Hospitality Management or equivalent
- Advanced proficiency in Opera PMS and CRM systems
- Exceptional crisis resolution and stakeholder management skills
