Responsibilities
- Design and execute bespoke guest experiences exceeding luxury standards
- Train and mentor 15+ guest relations staff in cultural sensitivity and service excellence
- Collaborate with F&B and spa teams to create integrated guest journeys
- Implement digital guest management systems for personalized communication
- Resolve complex guest issues with innovative solutions and follow-up
- Develop strategic partnerships with local attractions and artisans
- Analyze guest feedback to drive service improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years in luxury hospitality management with 2+ years in guest relations leadership
- Proven track record of achieving 95%+ guest satisfaction scores
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages valued
- Expertise in CRM systems (Opera, Oracle) and digital guest platforms
- Certification in hospitality management or related field
- Deep knowledge of Balinese culture and tourism landscape
- Strong financial acumen for budget management and ROI analysis
