Responsibilities
- Optimize global end-to-end supply chain processes to minimize lead times, reduce operational costs, and maximize efficiency.
- Negotiate and manage high-value contracts with international freight forwarders, carriers, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
- Lead the integration and optimization of enterprise-level ERP (SAP/Oracle) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Collaborate with procurement, warehousing, and inventory control teams to align supply chain capacity with demand forecasting.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement across the global supply network.
- Ensure strict compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and import/export documentation requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a highly analytical field.
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in global logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management.
- Expert-level proficiency with major ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools.
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating complex, multi-million dollar freight and 3PL contracts.
- Strong knowledge of international trade compliance, customs regulations, and tariff structures.
- APICS/ASCM certification (CSCP, CPIM) or equivalent professional logistics credential is highly preferred.
