Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations of the hotel, including front-of-house, housekeeping, and food & beverage departments.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize revenue and profitability while maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse staff of 50+ employees to foster a culture of excellence and guest-centric service.
- Monitor and analyze financial reports, budgets, and P&L statements to ensure fiscal responsibility and operational efficiency.
- Ensure strict compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as health and safety standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for high-profile guests and VIPs, resolving any issues with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local community leaders and industry partners.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience in luxury hotels or high-end restaurants.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven track record of managing P&L and driving revenue growth in a competitive market.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead by example and inspire teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure during peak seasons.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a significant plus.
