Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance schedules of the entire fleet.
- Coordinate driver assignments, route planning, and load optimization to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor vehicle performance, conduct safety inspections, and manage preventative maintenance programs.
- Analyze logistics data to reduce fuel costs and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure strict compliance with DOT regulations, local laws, and company safety policies.
- Manage vendor relationships for repairs, parts, and fuel services.
- Train new drivers on safety protocols and vehicle handling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fleet management or transportation logistics.
- In-depth knowledge of DOT regulations, FMCSA standards, and vehicle maintenance procedures.
- Proficiency in fleet management software (e.g., Samsara, Geotab, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and improve processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
