Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets, ensuring seamless service delivery and high-quality standards.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and optimize profit margins.
  • Manage the P&L (Profit and Loss) statements, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures to ensure financial health.
  • Curate seasonal menus in collaboration with Executive Chefs, ensuring culinary trends and guest preferences are met.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of managers, supervisors, and staff to foster a culture of excellence and retention.
  • Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations (HACCP, local laws).
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and local community stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in Food & Beverage management, preferably within luxury hospitality.
