Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets, ensuring seamless service delivery and high-quality standards.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and optimize profit margins.
- Manage the P&L (Profit and Loss) statements, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures to ensure financial health.
- Curate seasonal menus in collaboration with Executive Chefs, ensuring culinary trends and guest preferences are met.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of managers, supervisors, and staff to foster a culture of excellence and retention.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations (HACCP, local laws).
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and local community stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in Food & Beverage management, preferably within luxury hospitality.
- Demonstrated ability to manage P&L, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of team building and staff development.
- Culinary degree or hospitality management certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with high-profile clientele.
- Deep knowledge of current food trends, wine, and beverage pairings.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
