You will work alongside our Executive Chef to innovate our seasonal menus, mentor our culinary brigade, and ensure the highest standards of fine dining excellence.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and direct the culinary team during high-volume service.
- Develop and execute seasonal menus utilizing locally sourced, organic ingredients.
- Maintain strict quality control, plate presentation, and flavor consistency across all stations.
- Manage inventory levels, vendor relationships, and food cost margins to meet financial targets.
- Train, mentor, and foster professional development for junior kitchen staff.
- Ensure full compliance with DOH health and safety regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef on event planning and menu engineering projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-end, fine dining environment.
- Proven track record in a leadership role (Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine).
- Deep understanding of modern cooking techniques and global flavor profiles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team under pressure.
- Strong grasp of P&L management, food cost, and labor scheduling.
- Culinary degree from a reputable institution is highly preferred.
- Current NYC Food Protection Certificate.
