Responsibilities
- Assist the Executive Chef in menu development and seasonal dish conceptualization.
- Supervise daily food preparation and kitchen line operations to ensure 5-star quality.
- Manage inventory control, food costing, and procurement to maximize profitability.
- Train and mentor culinary staff on professional techniques and safety standards.
- Maintain impeccable sanitation and food safety standards compliant with health codes.
- Lead kitchen teams during high-volume service to ensure flawless execution.
- Collaborate with front-of-house management to elevate the guest experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in high-end, fast-paced kitchen environments.
- Proven track record in team leadership and staff development.
- Deep knowledge of seasonal ingredients and modern culinary techniques.
- Strong understanding of food safety, P&L management, and kitchen logistics.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive under pressure.
- Culinary Arts degree or equivalent professional certification preferred.
- Current ServSafe Manager Certification required.
