- Assist the Executive Chef in menu development, costing, and seasonal adjustments.

- Train and mentor culinary staff on professional techniques and safety standards.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and health code compliance across all stations.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional kitchen experience in a fine-dining or luxury hotel setting.
- Proven track record in a Sous Chef or equivalent leadership role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of modern culinary techniques, food safety, and sanitation.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to thrive under high pressure.
