Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and production workflows.
- Develop and cost seasonal menus that align with our brand identity.
- Mentor and train junior kitchen staff in advanced culinary techniques.
- Maintain strict compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Manage inventory, food costs, and procurement processes to maximize efficiency.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house management to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Optimize kitchen equipment performance and maintenance schedules.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional culinary experience in high-end dining environments.
- Proven track record in kitchen management and team leadership.
- Deep understanding of food costing, inventory management, and profit margins.
- Culinary Arts degree or equivalent professional certification preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
- Up-to-date ServSafe Food Protection Manager certification.
