You will work alongside our Executive Chef to refine menus, mentor junior staff, and maintain our uncompromising standards of quality and presentation.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and direct the culinary team during high-volume service.
- Develop seasonal menu concepts and execute high-end tasting menus with precision.
- Manage food cost controls, inventory procurement, and waste reduction initiatives.
- Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations (HACCP/ServSafe).
- Train, mentor, and inspire line cooks to ensure consistent output and professional growth.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house management to elevate the overall guest experience.
- Monitor dish quality, plate presentation, and temperature consistency before service departure.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-volume, fine-dining kitchen environments.
- Proven track record of leadership in an Executive Sous or Senior Sous Chef capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of modern cooking techniques and global flavor profiles.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on administrative kitchen management.
- Strong understanding of P&L management and food cost percentage targets.
- Current ServSafe Manager certification required.
- Culinary degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
