Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure seamless service execution.
- Collaborate on seasonal menu development and innovative plate presentation.
- Mentor, train, and develop a diverse brigade of 20+ culinary staff.
- Manage inventory, food costs, and supply chain logistics to maximize profitability.
- Uphold the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen hygiene.
- Optimize production workflows to maintain quality across high-volume shifts.
- Implement cost-control measures while maintaining premium ingredient standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years experience in upscale/fine dining or Michelin-starred environments.
- Proven track record in team leadership and professional kitchen management.
- Deep understanding of modern cooking techniques and global flavor profiles.
- Exceptional proficiency in kitchen financial management (COGS, P&L, labor costs).
- Current ServSafe Manager Certification.
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
- Passion for farm-to-table sourcing and seasonal menu innovation.
