- Mentor and train junior kitchen staff to foster a culture of professional growth.
- Ensure consistent plate presentation and quality control for every service.
- Monitor food waste and implement strategies for operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive culinary experience in fine dining environments.
- Proven leadership experience in managing high-volume kitchen teams.
- Deep understanding of kitchen P&L management and food cost controls.
- Current ServSafe Manager certification.
- Advanced knowledge of diverse culinary techniques and flavor profiles.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
