Responsibilities
- Oversee daily culinary operations, ensuring impeccable quality control and consistency.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to conceptualize and execute seasonal menu rotations.
- Direct, mentor, and inspire a diverse brigade of 20+ kitchen staff members.
- Manage inventory, food costs, and procurement to maximize departmental profitability.
- Uphold the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and OSHA compliance.
- Execute high-stakes banquet and private dining events with flawless precision.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience in high-end, fine dining establishments.
- Culinary degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional certification.
- Proven ability to manage food cost percentages and labor budgets effectively.
- Strong technical expertise in French or Modern American culinary techniques.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of team retention.
- Current ServSafe Manager certification required.
