Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a fine dining or Michelin-recognized kitchen.
  • Proven track record of leadership in a high-volume restaurant environment.

  • Strong understanding of P&L management, food cost control, and inventory systems.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead under pressure.
  • Current ServSafe Manager Certification required.
